Example pages are complete web pages that show the lead form in use. Each card below is one page. Choose View and copy to read and copy its code, or Download to save the file. Then put it on a test page of your website.
Each one sends real leads to your form's campaign, so you may want to use a test campaign.

Trying an example#
- Save the page you want. Copy it into your own website if you like.
- Replace the placeholders. Every page has
lfk_YOUR_KEYin its script tag. Replace it with your form's key, from CRM > Campaigns > your campaign > Capture > your lead form > Install. A comment above each placeholder says what goes there. - Open it on an allowed website. The page must be on a website address listed under Websites that may use it on the same Install tab, such as a test page of your website. Opening the file from your computer won't work, because the website check needs a real web address.
If you send more than 10 leads in 10 minutes you will see rate_limited. Wait a few minutes.
